Javlin Consulting offer 3 levels of Support, each providing the required demands from your business.

  • ENTRY LEVEL(Lowest)
  • PROFESSIONAL LEVEL (Mid-range)
  • ENTERPRISE LEVEL(Highest)

Javlin follows the ITIL process for Service Support.

Support Levels

Javlin Consulting provides 3 types of support:

  • 1st and 2nd LEVEL OPERATIONAL SUPPORT (Business Focused)
  • 3rd LEVEL SUPPORT (Development and changes).
  • BUSINESS DATA SUPPORT (Data processing etc…)

Javlin provides complete outsourced support packages, from cost effective helpdesk, solution and operational support.

Knowledge Base

Javlin provides the above mentioned Level of Service Support and an SLA for the following technologies:

  • Middleware / ETL: Abinitio, Datastage, Kettle, Ketl
  • OS: MS Windows, IBM, HP-UX, Linux, UNIX.
  • DB platforms: Oracle 8/8i/9i, MS SQL Server, Informix
  • Other: Oracle Data Warehouse Tools
